ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE
USRP’s wide variety of high alumina formulas cover all precast needs in the electric furnace. From deltas to small precast products USRP has the formula to improve production and efficiency.
OXYGEN FURNACE
USRP offers a full line of high-alumina products used in the oxygen furnace area including speciality formulas used in desulfurization lances to high-impact formulas for ladle improvement. Our wear resistant products will also answer plant maintenance problems for gas collection and separator systems.
BLAST FURNACE
USRP offers a full line of precast and bulk material formulas for Blast Furnace applications. Our silica carbide based formulas have proven superior performance in troughs and trough covers.
STEEL REFINING FACILITY
USRP offers a full line of high alumina and high alumina specialty formulas specifically designed for the demands of the LMF. Our high-alumina, large aggregate formulas have also proven very successful in Ladle Bottoms, Ladle Covers, and Deltas.
